As a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience across audit, taxation, financial modeling, pricing, and compliance, my career has been built on helping companies navigate complexities while unlocking efficiencies and opportunities.
But over time, I realized that financial health is deeply connected to organizational health—which is where people and processes come in. From internal controls to workforce productivity, a business thrives when both its numbers and its people are managed with intelligence and care. This realization drew me towards Human Resource processes, where financial compliance meets manpower planning, payroll governance, and performance-linked financial systems.
The Journey That Built My Perspective
My foundation in audit and financial controls was laid at Jain Singhal & Associates LLP, where I worked with clients like UFLEX Limited, gaining critical exposure to risk control, taxation, financial reporting, and internal audits. This experience taught me how finance is the invisible infrastructure that supports every department—from procurement to HR.
I then transitioned to Wipro Limited as Assistant Manager - Pricing, where my role was far more strategic—financial modeling, pricing analysis, and aligning financial strategies with business goals. Here, I learned how people decisions directly impact financial outcomes—right from resource costing in project bids to workforce planning in large deals.
My entrepreneurial phase started with Khattar Jha and Associates, a full-service CA firm where we handled audit, taxation, tender compliance, GST and Income Tax cases, and advisory for corporate clients. Running a firm meant understanding not only numbers but also talent acquisition, team development, and HR compliance—bringing me even closer to the people side of business.
