  • Documentation: You may be required to provide supporting evidence, such as documentation or proof of the discrepancy, to facilitate the assessment process.

  • Return of Documents or Deliverables: If applicable, any deliverables or documents provided as part of the service must be returned in their original form.


Refund Assessment


  • Inspection: Refund requests will undergo a thorough review to verify the claim.

  • Approval or Rejection: Based on the assessment, the refund request will either be approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method.


Custom and Special Orders


  • Custom Products: Tailored services, such as workforce recruitment plans or financial advisory services, are generally non-refundable unless there is evidence of errors or defects in delivery.

  • Order Cancellation: Custom service agreements may be canceled if the work has not commenced. If work has already started, cancellation fees may apply and will be deducted from any refund issued.


Fees and Costs


  • Service Fees: Any service fees paid are non-refundable unless a clear error on our part is identified.

  • Return Costs: In cases where additional materials or documents are returned, the associated costs may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was due to our error.


Refund Processing Time


  • Processing: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.


Exceptions and Limitations


  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain services, such as completed workforce placements or finalized financial strategies, are non-refundable once delivered and agreed upon.

  • Force Majeure: Refunds or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes) are not covered under this policy.
